Hubitat Install

In the process of installing smart switches and bulbs. I wanted to incorporate the Hubitat because it can run w/o the cloud.
Currently running a Peace Surf SOHO router with Hubitat.
Only device currently connected is a Zwave smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
Will document my complete setup shortly.
Currently evaluating zigbee and zwave 12vdc switches.
